Paul Castronovo, Esq
Paul Castronovo is an experienced trial attorney focusing on employment law, construction disputes/bid protests, and business litigation. Paul has won $4.4 million in verdicts for his clients. The New Jersey Appellate Division has described Paul's written and oral advocacy as "masterful." The New Jersey Law Journal reported that Paul was the first lawyer in New Jersey to use state law to win a jury verdict against the mortgage industry for unconscionable business practices. Paul has been selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Paul began his career in private practice with two of New Jersey's largest law firms representing Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and closely-held businesses. He founded the firm to apply his knowledge and experience to help individuals and small businesses in need of an experienced attorney. Before entering private practice, he served as the Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Helen Hoens (now a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey). Paul practices in both the federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York.
In addition to his bar association activities, he has served as a member of the Tewksbury Township Planning Board, the Upper Raritan Watershed Association, the Board of Health, and as a Little League coach. Paul graduated from Rutgers Law School where he received awards for best oral advocate and highest score for knowledge of civil procedure.
